Our transfers are carried out according to Austrian law, the industrial code, the law applying to the purveyance of passengers, and the rules applying to non-scheduled passenger transport.
The price of the transfer is in Euro including VAT.
Waiting times caused by passengers (not flight delay) will be charged at an additional € 1.- per minute, and diversions caused by passengers will be charged at € 2.- per kilometre.
Any change in departure times must be made known by a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or a text to +43 664 33 44 888, otherwise the original agreed time will apply.
Further information regarding a change in your departure time: We endeavour to meet all requirements, but should you arrive at the airport too late due to a later departure, we will accept no responsibility! Please confirm the new departure time and the fact that you will not hold us responsible by a sending us a short mail to email@example.com.
If we don’t receive a mail, then the original stated time will be taken to apply.

We will then send a vehicle as soon as possible.
To pay for this transfer with Mastercard or VISA, it is also possible to pay for the transfer by making a payment into our bank account. Please be aware that the payment must arrive in our account before the transfer takes place, and that any bank charges from abroad must be paid for by yourself.
If you cancel up to 3 days before the transfer then there will be no cancellation fees.
If you have already paid for the transfer, then the money will be refunded by a transfer into your bank account, minus any bank or credit card charges.
For cancellations within 2 days of the transfer, a charge of 20% of the transfer cost will apply.
For cancellations within 24 hours of the transfer, a charge of 50% of the transfer cost will apply.
